Mine Roof Support replacement
(1) In the bad shed, hit a pillar and support it to the top beam of the highest point of the arch. If several sheds are damaged, the shed should be erected and the top beams of all damaged sheds should be supported.
(2) Use the hand to smash the coal shovel at the leg of the shed.
(3) Loosen the cable bolt and remove the leg.
(4) Check the two sections of the Mine Roof Support for cracks and deformations, and replace the entire bracket if necessary.
(5) Replace the new cable bolts and attach the shed legs.
(6) After confirming that the cable bolts are tightened, remove the previously installed pillars.
(7) The radius of curvature of the joint between the shed leg and the beam should be the same, if it is not necessary to re-adjust.
(8) After the replacement, the gap between the Mine Roof Support and the top sill must be tight and backed.
(9) Install a strong struts or levers between the Mine Roof Support.
