The main raw material of tunnel roof support is U section steel, which needs to be cut after cold forming and then connected with U section steel karan. It is mainly used for mine roadway support, secondary support of mine roadway and support of tunnel through mountain.
The tunnel roof support has the advantages of high initial support force, large support strength, long support time, simple installation, and not easy to deform. Therefore, it can be used as the main support products of mine roadway, tunnel through mountain and anti-water tunnel.
What preparations should be made before the construction of tunnel roof support?
1. All necessary materials, construction machinery and tools are prepared and transported to the construction site.
2. Carefully check the roof and find that the live rock is removed with the long-handled tool.
3. Before erecting the support, the front test beam shall be applied to control the roof of the heading face and support in advance.
4. Check the quality of the well tunneling project at the shelving place. If the roadway underexcavation exceeds the provisions, it must be handled to make it meet the design requirements.
5. Identify and mark the middle waist line: draw a center line with a small line through the area where you want to erect the bracket, and draw the waist line to both sides for marking
