When the steel arch is moving in the tunnel, the personnel in the forward direction should avoid it in time, and when the mechanical movement is adopted in the moving process, the personnel should pay attention to observe whether there is any abnormality in the hoisting position, and stop the transportation in time in case of emergency, so as to ensure safety.
Installation of steel arch
1. Steel arch before installation, check whether the quality of the steel arch frame meets the design requirements. The steel arch frame should be wedged tightly with the rock face, and the adjacent steel arch frame should be firmly connected;
2. Each steel arch is connected as a whole by longitudinal reinforcement and welded to the bolt head. The next working procedure shall be carried out immediately after installation.
3. All accessories of the steel arch shall be made of steel materials;
4. After the accessories of the steel arch are installed in place, they should be firmly connected with the steel arch to prevent loosening. When spraying concrete, the steel arch and its accessories should be left in it;
5. Steel reinforcement is made into a steel mesh between the steel arches to prevent the soil from falling off. The steel mesh is solidly connected with the steel grid by welding or other means.
