Preparation work before using U-shaped steel arch support
1. It must be connected with a decompression device, after decompression, the liquid pressure is 15-19MPa.
2. Check and disassemble and wash the dirt on the pipe joints, the injection gun, and the underground roof support inlet.
3. If the U-shaped tunnel roof support is used for the first time, the pillar must be raised first, and then unloaded to exhaust the air in the pillar.
U-shaped tunnel roof support operation
1. Ascending column:
⑴. Insert the nozzle of the liquid injection gun into the liquid inlet of the underground roof support, and make sure that the fixed sleeve of the liquid injection gun is connected with the liquid inlet of the steel arch support to prevent the liquid from running out and hurting people.
⑵. Slowly pull the trigger of the liquid injection gun to make the liquid enter the steel arch support and rise until the tunnel roof supports the top plate.
⑶. The support position of the pillar should be perpendicular to the top plate. Do not face the passage where people walk through the safe-cut liquid outlet, so as not to injure people by spraying liquid when the tunnel roof support is under pressure.
⑷, hang up the anti-rewind chain.
2. U-shaped tunnel roof support back to column work
⑴. Insert the withdrawal hook into one end of the unloading port on the U-shaped steel bracket.
⑵. The operator should stand in a safe position, move the upward plate to retract the hook, the emulsion in the column will be discharged from the liquid inlet nozzle and drop the column, and then return to the column.
⑶. The steel arch support that have been returned should be stored on the working surface with their heads up to avoid soiling the felling.
