What Should Be Done When Working With U-shaped Tunnel Roof Support In Mines?
(1) There are problems with the roof and coal gang, which should be solved by connecting the roof in time or taking advanced maintenance.
(2) When the Tunnel Roof Support is crooked, inverted, or biting, Steel Mine Support should be adjusted immediately.
(3) Replace and dispose of the damaged hose in the hydraulic system, and insert the U-shaped Steel Mine Support firmly.
(4) Clean up the obstacles in front of the Underground Roof Support, both sides and the seat box, and hang and tie the pipes, lines and communication facilities neatly.
(5) If there are problems in the above 4 aspects, they should be dealt with in time, otherwise the Tunnel Roof Support should not be moved.
(6) When the column, jack and live column of the Underground Roof Support do not meet the requirements of the "Operation Regulations", measures should be taken to deal with it.
