When moving the rack, lower down and move quickly. The support can be lowered by 150-200mm, taking the mobile steel arch support as the standard; under the broken top plate, the top moving rack should be wiped with pressure.
When moving the U-shaped tunnel roof support, pay attention to adjusting the bracket at any time to ensure that the bracket is not crooked or inclined, and is in a straight line, and the center distance of the bracket is maintained at 1.5±0.1m.
In the process of moving the U-shaped tunnel roof support, if you find that the roof is dropped, stripped, or severely broken, the roof should be braked in time to strengthen the advance temporary support. Before the temporary support of the brake roof, the scraper conveyor and the coal shearer must be shut down and supervised by a special person.
Pay attention at all times when moving the rack, not to damage the rubber tube of the support arch, the cable of the coal mining machine, and the water pipe.
The distance of the frame moving should reach one step, and the distance between the front beam and the coal wall should be 200-318mm to prevent the shearer from cutting the top beam of the support.
The U-shaped steel arch support at the end is not allowed to be behind or ahead, and it must be in a straight line with the support of the working surface.
When moving the end support, pay attention to the overlap between the end support arch and the tail of the transfer machine and the tail of the scraper conveyor on the working surface to prevent the top jam from increasing the resistance of the transfer. When the resistance of the rack is too large, do not force it to move, find out the cause, and deal with it before moving the rack.
When exporting the U-shaped support arch on the working surface, pay attention to the motor and reducer of the scraper conveyor to prevent the bracket from pushing and pulling the frame against the motor and reducer.
