I. Precautions for use
Prohibit hanging heavy objects: generally do not allow heavy objects to root and hang on the pike mouth beam to prevent the Support Arch from deformation or damage due to excessive pressure.
Maintain integrity: It is not allowed to dismantle the support backing plate, not to mention removing the bracket between the tie rods or support columns to ensure the integrity and stability of the Support Arch.
Second, erection precautions
Build working platform:
The construction place needs to build a working platform, and the platform body needs to be on the hard bottom and set firmly.
Platform beams should be placed on 50mm thick boards and connected with pick nails (or scraping nails) to ensure the platform is firm and reliable.
Install the bracket correctly:
Plant the legs first to hold them steady, lap and snap each part of the Steel Arch Support from both sides in turn, and fasten them with fastening screws.
The arch section steel scaffolding should be lifted by 4 people, and then signal by a special person after fixing it.
Third, maintenance and maintenance precautions
Appearance check: Regularly check the appearance of the Support Arch to see if there is obvious deformation, cracks, rust or corrosion, and timely repair or replacement of damaged parts.
Connection parts inspection: focus on checking the connection parts of Support Arch, such as bolts, card cables and other fasteners whether loose or damaged, and timely tightening or replacement.
Cleaning and descaling: regularly clean the dust, dirt and sundries on the surface of the Support Arch and keep its surface clean and dry. For the bracket that has been rusted, it should be descaled in time.
