On February 4, the ‘Singing for the Troops, Dancing for the Soldiers’ 2026 Jining New Year Military-Civilian Gala, hosted by the Jining Association for Supporting the Military and Honoring Families of Service Members, was grandly held at the Junlin Longcheng Hotel. Lu Shuli, Deputy Party Secretary of China Coal Group, attended the event as a representative of the Group in its capacity as Vice President Unit of the Association. He accepted the honorary plaque for ‘Outstanding President Unit of 2025’ awarded by the Jining Association for Supporting the Military and Caring for Military Families.
This award represents the Jining Association for Supporting Military Families' continued recognition of China Coal Group's longstanding commitment to fulfilling social responsibilities, deepening military-civilian integration, and advancing joint military-civilian development initiatives. The Group consistently prioritizes supporting national defense and military development, having established a distinctive corporate framework for supporting military families. Previously, the Group was honored by the Jining Veterans Affairs Bureau as an ‘Enterprise Listed on Jining's Honor Roll for Veterans' Employment Cooperation.’
In serving the employment needs of veterans, the Group actively responds to national policies by implementing multiple measures including targeted recruitment, specialized training, and career development support to build a platform for veterans' employment and growth. The Group consistently participates in local veteran recruitment initiatives, offering high-quality positions across fields such as smart manufacturing and engineering technology.
