To further advance the development of 'Skilled Jining' and facilitate the integration of industrial, talent, education, innovation and financial chains, the Shandong Provincial Themed Event for July 15 World Youth Skills Day (Jining Session) & Enterprise Matching Exchange Conference on Empowering Investment Promotion with Skilled Talents was successfully held at Shandong Ronghui Group on July 24. Lu Shuli, Deputy Party Secretary of Shandong China Coal Group, and Li Xiao, Vice President of China Coal Intelligent Research Institute, led a team to showcase core innovative achievements including intelligent mine equipment and full-link AI agents at the enterprise technological innovation exhibition area. The display fully demonstrated the Group’s robust strength in boosting the city’s key industrial clusters through technological innovation and skilled personnel.

For this exhibition, the Group carefully prepared physical intelligent exhibits and graphic display boards. Its flagship products including lightweight suspended hydraulic support equipment, complete intelligent conveying systems and mining excavators were displayed on site, alongside high-end intelligent equipment, presenting the Group’s accumulated technological expertise in mine safety equipment and intelligent construction machinery through tangible demonstrations.
During the event, Zhang Dong, Member of the Standing Committee of Jining Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, visited the exhibition area for inspection and guidance. He toured Shandong China Coal Group’s innovation booth to learn about the enterprise’s technological innovations, product advantages, training of skilled talents and school-enterprise cooperation progress. Vice Mayor Zhang fully recognized the Group’s strategies and achievements in persisting with technological innovation, advancing AI development, prioritizing skilled talent cultivation and promoting industry-education integration. He expressed his hope that Shandong China Coal Group would keep focusing on intelligent manufacturing, increase investment in technological R&D and recruitment & training of young skilled workers, deepen school-enterprise collaboration and industry-university-research integration, and give full play to its role as a leading benchmark enterprise. By leveraging high-quality technological innovations and high-caliber skilled personnel, the Group shall drive the upgrading and efficiency improvement of the city’s industrial chains, and inject strong momentum into Jining’s investment promotion and high-quality manufacturing development.
This exchange event served as both a centralized showcase of corporate innovation achievements and a vital opportunity to align with municipal industrial policies and connect high-quality skilled talent resources.
