Installation steps of mine support
1. The
steel mine support should find the exact position of the pillar nest according to the size of the center line and the design shed distance. Dig the pillar nest according to the middle waist line, and it must dig enough depth.
2. Draw the position of the waist line on the leg of the mine support column, place the column in the column socket, and fix the column with a draw rod to avoid tilting.
3. Draw the centerline position on the top beam of the steel mine support, and support the top beam to the column. The overlap length of the other two legs is generally 450mm. At this time, the column can be temporarily stabilized to prevent the top beam from swinging and causing an accident.
4. After the
steel mine support is completed, check the vertical and twist of the support, and adjust it in time if it exceeds the standard range.
