Precautions And Sequence Of Moving Operation Of Steel Arch Support
Steel Arch Support transfer operation and matters needing attention
1. Give a warning before moving the Steel Arch Support, and no one should stay or pass around the moved Support Arch.
2. Correctly choose the appropriate way of pulling the Support Arch. When the roof is broken, it should be supported in advance, and the roof-wiping frame should be used as much as possible.
Normal Mine Roof Support transfer operation sequence:
(1) Retract the telescopic beam, the guard board and the side guard board.
(2) Extend the rear conveyor to pull the lifting jack (only the top coal bracket performs this operation).
(3) Operate the front probe beam to lower the front probe beam and avoid the obstacles in front.
(4) Drop the column so that the main top beam is slightly separated from the top Mine Roof Support, (the lifting jack can be operated at the same time).
(5) When the Mine Roof Support is movable, stop dropping the column immediately, so that the Steel Arch Support moves to the specified step distance %3. When pulling the top coal caving support, attention should also be paid to the tail beam and the insert plate to prevent large pieces of gangue from falling into the rear conveyor.
(6) Operate the rack adjustment system to adjust the rack, so that the bracket pushing jack is vertical to the scraper conveyor, the Steel Arch Support is not crooked or inclined, the center distance of the bracket meets the regulations, and the brackets on the whole working face are arranged in a straight line.
(7) Lift the column (retract the lifting frame jack before lifting the column) and adjust the balance jack at the same time, so that the main top beam and the top plate are in close contact for about 3-5s to ensure that the initial support force reaches the specified value.
(8) The front beam is raised to extend the telescopic beam and the guard plate, so that the guard plate can withstand the coal wall, and the side guard plate is extended to make it close to the adjacent lower bracket. Operate the tail beam insert plate to pull and push the coal gangue.
