Top beam:
The roof beam is usually in the shape of a circular arch, and its number varies according to the size of the roadway section, the force on the support, and the transportation conditions, and there may be one or more sections. The main function of the roof beam is to bear the pressure at the top of the roadway and distribute it to other parts of the Support Arch.
Column Legs:
The column leg is the supporting part of the Support Arch, connecting the top beam to the ground or the bottom of the roadway. There are various forms of column legs, including the form with the upper part in circular arc shape and the lower part in straight line segment, and the form with all curved shape and only one radius of curvature.
The main function of the column leg is to support the roof beam and keep the stability of the support.
Connector:
Connectors are used to connect the top beam, post legs and other possible bracket components to form a complete bracket structure.
Interframe Ties (or Tie Rods):
Inter-frame tie rods are used to connect neighboring Support Arch to enhance the integrity and stability between the brackets.
Backing material:
Backing materials are usually filled between the Support Arch and the roadway wall to increase the friction between the brackets and the roadway wall and improve the stability of the brackets.
Other auxiliary components:
According to the specific design and application requirements, the Steel Arch Support may also contain other auxiliary components, such as bottom angle plates, anchors and so on.
These components play an important role in securing, connecting and enhancing the stability of the bracket.
