Construction preparation:
According to the roadway design, determine the model, structural form and shed distance of Mine Roof Support .
Prepare the required materials, construction machines and tools and transport them to the construction site.
Check the condition of the roof plate, and find dangerous rock and live rock should be removed in time.
Erection of supports:
Find out the position of the column nest according to the center line and the size of the designed shed distance, and then dig the depth of the column nest enough according to the center waist line.
Draw the waist line location on the column leg, put the column into the column nest, so that the waist line on the column and the waist line on the gang are consistent.
Secure the columns with pull-tabs to prevent tilting.
Lap and snap the parts of the Support Arch in turn and fasten them with fastening screws.
Reinforcement with backboard:
Check the verticality and torsion slant of the bracket, if there is any deviation it needs to be adjusted in time.
The backing and filling materials should meet the design requirements and regulations, and the backing should be carried out symmetrically on both sides.
Sheds and sheds should be tightly pulled or braced against each other with metal tie rods or bracing posts to enhance the stability of the stent.
