I. Storage environment requirements
Dry and ventilated: the Mine Roof Support stent should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated environment to prevent the stent from corrosion or rust due to moisture.
Suitable temperature: the temperature of the storage environment should be moderate, avoid too high or too low temperature on the stent material to cause adverse effects.
No corrosive substances: the storage place should be far away from corrosive substances, such as acid, alkali, etc., in order to prevent the stent from being corroded.
Second, storage method
Categorized storage: Categorized storage according to the type, specification and usage of the stent, in order to facilitate management and search.
Vertical or inclined storage:Mine Roof Support can be stored vertically or inclined to maintain its stability and reduce the floor space. When storing vertically, make sure the bottom of the bracket is stable to avoid collapsing; when storing at an angle, control the tilt angle to prevent the bracket from sliding.
Third, storage management
Regular inspection: Regularly inspect the stored Support Arch, including appearance, connection parts and anti-corrosion coating, etc., to ensure that the stent is in good condition.
Record information: Record information such as storage time, quantity, model and specification of the stent to facilitate management and tracking.
Cleaning and protection: Regularly clean the brackets to remove dust and dirt from the surface; for brackets stored for a long time, appropriate protective measures should be taken, such as covering dustproof cloths.
IV. Precautions
Avoid open-air storage: Try to avoid open-air storage of the Support Arch stent to reduce the erosion of the stent by wind, rain, sun and other natural factors.
